The Must Do Canada Team
Matthew G. Bailey
Matt is the founder of MustDoCanada.com. He’s responsible for content creation, social media marketing, business development, photography, and so much more. Matt was born in Fort.McMurray, Alberta to a mother from Montreal and a father from Newfoundland. He has family all over the country and grew up playing ice hockey under the Northern Lights. He loves to write, take photos, make videos, and go on adventures not just in Canada but around the world. He’s been to 42 countries, 6 continents, and more than 250 cities. You can also find his personal blog at LiveLimitless.net, and on a variety of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
Matt currently resides in Calgary with his wife, Karla.
Karla G. Bailey
Karla is the video producer, editor, and co-host of the Must Do Canada YouTube channel, as well as social media coordinator, translator (we occasionally do Spanish articles) and strategist. She is originally from Mexico City but moved to Canada after meeting Matt at the University of Lethbridge (if you haven’t figured it out by now, Karla is Matt’s wife). Coming from a seemingly endless summer in Mexico, she truly appreciates the beauty of having four seasons in Canada and loves the sparkle on a fresh snow day just as much as blooming flowers during the spring. She loves learning languages, photography, dancing, scuba diving, and travelling around the world. You can also find her on Instagram.
Karla also resides in Calgary, Alberta.
As of late 2018, we also have other writers sharing their experiences of travelling around Canada. We look forward to sharing new voices with you throughout the year and bringing you even deeper into each province and territory.
