The Best Things to Do in Canada
As one of our favourite destinations in Canada, we really don’t know where to start. Although we have yet to explore Labrador, which is connected to the mainland and largely inaccessible, we’ve been to Newfoundland dozens of times. An island bigger than the entire United Kingdom as well as Canada’s most easterly province, Newfoundland is home to some truly stunning landscapes, picturesque fishing villages, gorgeous land-locked fjords, rugged coastline, and quite possibly the best and most accessible place in the world to see icebergs.
So whether you’re looking to mingle with some of Canada’s friendliest people, hike on the Earth’s mantle, visit an ancient Viking settlement, explore the oldest English-founded city in North America, or take your chance at spotting icebergs flowing down from Greenland during the spring, Newfoundland and Labrador are truly one of the most spectacular and unique places in Canada.
