We had a great time. I have never been on an ATV before and Will gave a walk through of what we needed to know and we got to practice in a parking lot before leaving. If you think Whistler looks beautiful from the ground, imagine what it looks like from the sky! Take off near Green Lake and soar high over Whistler’s rugged terrain as you admire panoramic views over the region’s mighty glaciers, soaring peaks, shimmering lakes and dense forests while learning about the valley’s rich geography from our pilot.
We took off on a somewhat windy day and the pilot forewarned us that it might be a little rough on takeoff and in the air. Even with that bit of trepidation, the flight and experience were fantastic. We were close enough to the mountain tops and ground below that it was literally like you could reach out and touch them. The views are spectacular and worth every minute of the flight! Would definitely do it again….and at the end of the day the turbulence was not nearly as bad as we all initially thought…including my girlfriend who was petrified. Great time and experience!
