They were also one of the first wineries in the area to introduce the popular and unique “Icewine”, a lusciously sweet wine made from grapes naturally frozen on the vine. This is my personal favourite type of wine so if you get the chance to sample it during your time in the Okanagan, I highly recommend it!

17. Crown & Thieves
If you’re looking for a small-production cult wine with a unique approach to winemaking, Crowns & Thieves should be at the top of your Kelowna wineries list. Located on Winemaker Jason Parkes’ home property, the wines have become a playground for pushing the limits, being as untraditional as traditionally possible. Perhaps the newest winery in Kelowna, Crown & Thieves was opened in 2022 and definitely has one of the coolest rooftop patios in the city. This patio makes it ideal to enjoy the wines but also to enjoy the delicious food of Angel Share, with elevated cuisines such as steak bites and pork belly tacos, tempura prawns, mussels, warm beet salad, truffle mac cheese, and more.
18. Mt. Boucherie Estate Winery
Nestled at the foot of the majestic Mt. Boucherie, Mt. Boucherie Estate Winery combines breathtaking views, exceptional wines, and a touch of adventure.
