YesterYear at Granary Road
Although technically located in De Winton, which is just outside of South Calgary, we couldn’t start a Mini Golf in Calgary article without featuring what we think ranks as #1. Located at Granary Road, an Active Learning Park and Farmers Market, YesterYear mini golf course is truly the best Calgary mini golf course. This beautiful par-72 course features 18 holes with loads of fun obstacles, such as a water tower, saloon, chuckwagon, barn, and more. It’s also surrounded by the stunning Alberta Foothills and is home to so much more, such as an Active Learning Park for kids, a gift shop, a Farmers Market with lots of food options, and a variety of events throughout the year. You could easily spend a day here with the entire family.

WinSport Mini Golf
Where else can you experience a summer bobsleigh ride, Western Canada’s fastest zipline, and a round of Calgary mini golf in one day?
This professionally-designed outdoor 18-hole mini golf course is located at WinSport, on the former grounds of Calgary’s Olympic Park, and features enough obstacles and challenges to keep the entire family entertained. There are also light food and beverage options available.

- Cost: $30 per booking (up to 5 players at a time)
Golfuture YYC
If you’re looking for a quick round of mini golf in Calgary that’s close to the Bow River, look no further than Golfutre YYC. This centrally-located Calgary mini golf course has 9 holes of fun, all incorporating the natural setting into its design, along with a lovely waterfall, meandering ponds, beautifully planted gardens, and more. There are lots of unique challenges, including a rippled fairway, tabletop greens, boulders, and a through-the-mountain tunnel feature that is sure to challenge even the advanced golfer.
In addition to the mini golf, however, there’s also a par-3 golf course, driving range, simulators, and a massive putting green where you can practice your skills.

Pebble Beach at Oasis Greens Golf Centre
Also located in De Winton, just off MacLeod Trail as you head south of Calgary, is Pebble Beach at Oasis Greens Golf Centre, the only official Championship Miniature Golf Course in Western Canada. While we’re not sure how to verify that claim, we can certify that it’s a great place to grab a putter and have a great time with family or friends.
Instead of focusing on fun-looking obstacles, this 18-hole Calgary mini golf course is a pure putter’s course where the player has to read the break and stroke the ball with the proper pace to avoid entering a hazard. However, that doesn’t mean it’s not a beautiful course that’s fun for the whole family. Pebble Beach has two waterfalls, five ponds, two spray fountains and an exhaustive network of streams that add to the experience. It’s a course where you can have fun while also practicing your actual putting game.

YYC Bowling and Entertainment
If you’re looking for really good indoor mini golf in Calgary, especially one that combines many other fun activities, it’s hard to beat YYC Bowling and Entertainment. As you’ve likely gleaned from the name, this venue is home to one of the top bowling facilities in Calgary in addition to many types of other games, such as billiards, pinball, foosball, arcades, and of course, mini golf!
This 18-hole indoor glow-in-the-dark mini golf is fun for the whole family, with lots of interesting obstacles to try your hand at. Plus, the nice thing about indoor mini-golf in Calgary is that you can play it all year round!

Monster Mini Golf
If you’re looking for a unique indoor Calgary mini golf experience to enjoy, especially with kids, it’s hard to beat Monster Mini Golf. Located in the northeast, close to the airport, this 18-hole course is a mix of glow-in-the-dark fun with a Halloween-like decor filled with “monsters” that move and talk, often surprising you along the way. It’s quite different from any other mini golf we’ve played, not just because of the monsters all around you, but because the entire course is linked together. There are also loads of obstacles such as weird slopes, tough tunnels, and slanted holes that really even the playing field for all. In addition to the mini golf though, there’s also a variety of arcades, making this a fun place for a night out.

TAIKO CANTEEN
It’s not too often that mini golf in Calgary is 18+, but when it’s located inside a bar, that’s what happens. Located inside Taiko Canteen, Lucky Putt is a 9-hole course that can be enjoyed with a pint in hand. It’s a great spot for a night out with friends and since it’s only 9 holes, you can try it at the beginning of the night and at the end to see whether or not your putting skills improve after a few cold ones.

MaxMan’s Mini Golf at Crystal Ridge
Located in the charming little city of Okotoks is MaxMan’s at Crystal Ridge Golf Club, a popular mini golf course that’s just 20-minutes south of Calgary. This 18-hole course lacks the big cute obstacles like barns and water towers but makes up for it with nice ponds, a waterfall, and a course that’s fun for all ages. You’ll cross over bridges, hit the ball over a stream, and have many smaller obstacles to overcome. There’s also an on-site restaurant, and because it’s a golf course, you can buy alcohol to enjoy while playing mini golf. Plus, you can use it as an excuse to explore the small town of Okotoks once you’re done.
Stone Creek Adventure Golf
While Stone Creek Adventure Golf doesn’t have a website, they do seem to have a Calgary mini golf course that’s popular with the locals. This Western-themed 18-hole course is located on Country Hills Boulevard and has enough fun and tricky holes to be enjoyed by everyone.
