Road to 150
For those of you who are new to Must Do Canada, we produced one of the largest #Canada150 events in the country back in 2017. For Canada’s 150th birthday, we created the ultimate Canada road trip, driving coast to coast to coast for 150 days. From May 15th – October 11th, we went from Canada’s furthest easterly point in Newfoundland, all the way to British Columbia, the Yukon, and the arctic ocean in Tuktoyaktuk, NWT.
During this time, we produced a 12-part travel video series (one episode for each province) as well as a mini-documentary about what makes Canada special.
We showcased Canada’s natural beauty and regional attractions while interviewing Canadians of all cultures and backgrounds, including celebrities, immigrants, refugees, and everyday rural and urban Canadians. We dug deep into what makes Canada such an incredibly inspiring country while showing off the best of Canada’s tourism to Canadians and to the world.
Our 12-part series has now been seen more than two million times.
